Parents & Carers
At the University of Ulster we recognise that many parents have concerns regarding their son or daughter’s educational journey. At UIster we have lots of experience in advising both students and their parents on a wide range of higher education-related topics.
We often get the opportunity to chat to parents of prospective students at careers fairs, school events and at our open days and offer advice during major decision-making periods.
Keeping you informed
This section is aimed at addressing the many concerns you may have. For instance the application process for entry to university; major decisions which need to be taken from Year 10 to Year 14; support for students whilst studying at Ulster; and finance! This information will enable you to be fully involved in the choices your son/daughter is about to make.
We offer a wide-range of degree programmes with a focus on employability, giving our students the edge in the employment market once they graduate. So, we hope to welcome your son/daughter as an Ulster student in the future!
